With the fourth consecutive victory on the ice in Las Vegas, the second in a row at the extra end, Team Retornaz beats Norway 9-6 and with one turn to spare ensures the Italy of curling the first historic playoff at the World Cup !! ! Finally, thanks to the 8-4 victory over the USA in the night, Italy closes the round of the World Championships in Las Vegas with three other unprecedented records for Italian curling: third place in the round robin, the 8 overall world championship victories, of which the last five consecutive.
