It is the Skipass week: in Modena, appointments with the Azzurri as protagonists and the Cup races

Lots of sports, lots of athletes and many events in the traditional autumn festival.

The Modena Skipass week has arrived, scheduled in the fairs area of the city of Emilia, from Thursday 31 October to Sunday 3 November. Even richer in appointments than usual, with the same FISI that will have a bigger stand, which will contain a stage for presentations and awards, two videos for the promotion of partners and federal sponsors, a bar and the RTL 102 console, 5, new partner of the Italian Federation. The stand will be enriched by the presence of all the stakeholders who collaborate with FISI: there will be a space for membership, and one where the new "MYFISI" app will be illustrated, the communication tool dedicated to members and enthusiasts. The program will start Thursday, October 31, at 12.00, with the inauguration in which President Flavio Roda will take part, many top athletes of the Italian winter sports, in addition to the local authorities. Next, around 13, the appointment will be on the central stage (Arena) for the meeting of Roda and the President of Coni, Giovanni Malagò, with media and public. The new celebratory logo for the 100th anniversary of the FISI will be revealed below. Friday, November 1, celebrations will continue with the delivery of the Cristallo d'Oro (at the FISI stand, at 3 pm). There will also be a moment for a talk show with Alberto Ghezze and Sofia Goggia, the new ambassador of the Cortina World Championships 2021. On stage also Corty, the mascot of the World Championship; at 4 pm, on the central stage, the "Festa degli Azzurri", which will culminate with the proclamation of the Athlete of the Year 2019, which sees in the running Dominik Paris and Dorothea Wierer. Saturday 2 November, awards will be given to the athletes who left the activity last year and the young winter sports champions will be awarded. There will also be the awarding of the Italian Cup for roller skis and, from 6.30 pm, all outside to follow the final stages of the stage of the Big Air World Cup in snowboarding. Sunday, November 3, the appointment is at 10.30 am with the National Conference of Training for Ski Instructors and, at the FISI booth, the presentation of the Deflympics, the Olympics of the Deaf. So the companies that celebrate 50 years of affiliation with the FISI will be awarded. The day will end, at 5 pm, with the Big Air for the Freestyle World Cup. Obviously the FISI members can enter for free at the Skipass, with the card renewed or made from scratch.
