The CONI body will establish by the end of the month the judgment on the candidacy of the confirmed president of the FISI.

A couple of weeks, as promised, and the CONI College of Guarantee will give the final judgment on the candidacy, and therefore the eligibility, of Flavio Roda for the presidency of the Italian Winter Sports Federation, which just last Saturday saw the Bolognese manager confirmed leading the movement for the next four years.
In the event of a judgment against Roda, it would substantially go towards the cancellation of the elections and a possible commissioner, awaiting a new Assembly after the one 48 hours ago in Milan.
The president Gabriella Palmieri Sandulli will lead the hearing in joint sections of the College, postponed compared to last October 13 (when the FISI was asked to postpone the Elective Assembly given the situation, with via Piranesi replying spades, ed), the day set for the judgment on the two appeals presented by Stefano Maldifassi in one case and by Angelo Dalpez and Alessandro Falez, the other two candidates who went to vote in the FISI elections, in the other. One of the candidates to the Federal Council, Alessandro Acciai, had also filed an appeal for the position of Enzo Sima, also in this case for the possible fourth term of the Friulian executive, who in any case was not elected to the new FISI Council.
