UniversiadeAt the top of the Mole
Turin hailed the Trentino Winter Universiade 2013, with particular solemnity. The torch, in fact, has been welcomed by academics and university sports in the ceremony of inauguration of the Academic Sports. Ceremony which was held today, Tuesday 12 November, in the Rector of the University of Turin.

Since the opening of the work Ippolito spoke Universiade to be held in Trentino next December. At the end of the speeches and the awards CUS athletes who have excelled during the year, many people who filled the hall, reached a lodge of the Rector for the proclamation of the opening of the Academic and Athletic for ignition of Universiade torch. It was D'Elicio in person to light the torch together with the rectors, athletes and representatives of the Universiade.

To accompany the torch in Turin were Paul Zanei (Member Executive Universiade Trentino, 2013), Gianluca Tasin (head area Torch Relay) and Laura Pedersoli (main organizational Torch Relay). The torch, lit by Papa Francesco November 6, is the protagonist end later this month of a European tour with stops in major university cities, prior to illuminate the competition, as provided for in Trentino from 11 to 21 December.
