Fisi del Trentino
Full months for a regional committee that will propose various competitions even before winter.

Among the 11 disciplines included in the family of the Italian Winter Sports Federation, there are 4 that take place in the summer and autumn seasons, namely special jumping, Nordic combined, roller skiing and grass skiing. Strategic sports in the preparation of skiers in a winter key, but which in recent years have their own calendar, with athletes who have specialized and who give luster to the colors of the Fisi del Trentino, just think that in the 2018 season grass skiing has brought as many as 38 tricolor medals, the skiroll 10 and the jump and the Nordic combined 11.
Disciplines that involve the Trentino athletes with their respective teams, as well as the Azzurri who are part of the Italian national teams, but also a dozen events scheduled from Sunday 14 July to Sunday 20 October and with various validities: from the World Cup roller skis to the Alpen Cup and at the National Youth competitions of special jump and Nordic combined, in addition to the stage of the Green Talent circuit of grass skiing. Events that were presented at Palazzo Coni in Trento by the president of Fisi del Trentino, Tiziano Mellarini, together with his board of directors.
"A movement - highlighted the president of the Trentino Committee - that often goes quietly, given that the acronym F.I.S.I. is inextricably linked to the element of snow, but in the warm months it provides an important competitive activity, as well as an important movement that includes a total of 12 events of 4 different specialties, organized by 7 different ski clubs, for a total of 25 race days. The goal is to grow future champions who in 2026 will defend the colors of Italy at the Milan, Cortina, and Trentino Olympics â€.
The competitions presented have different validities, as many as 4 of the World Cup, 2 international, 3 of the Italian championship, a world master and the remaining ones with national validity, as specified by the referent of the northern area of the Federsci provincial Marco Zoller, before to pass the word to the representatives of the Organizing Committees present in the room. Starting from the Us Dolomitica of Predazzo with the president Roberto Brigadoi, the GS Monte Giner of Ossana with Massimino Bezzi, the Asd Charly Gaul International of Trento with Elda Verones, the Val di Fiemme Ski Promotion Committee, the Futura Team of Lavis with Andrea Buttaboni, Ledrendse di Ledro ski club with Carlo Giacometti and Levico ski club with Sandro Libardi.
Entering into detail the jump and Nordic combined in Trentino will make its debut on Sunday 14 July with a National Youth competition of both disciplines on the Predazzo springboard, for the under-16 men's and women's categories with the summer debut of the new HS66 trampoline. Fifteen days later it will instead be at the center of the Pellizzano jump, in Val di Sole, on July 27th and 28th, to stage two days with National Youth validity. In September there is still room for the very young (Sunday 15) with a Ng, anticipated by the week dedicated to the World Masters in jump. Seven days later the International Alpen Cup will be re-proposed and on 19 and 20 October the Absolute and Under-20 leagues and Nordic combined.
For the discipline of double grass skiing on the weekend of Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July with the Talento Verde circuit, organized with passion and competence by the Levico Ski club on the slope of Malga Rivetta, in Lavarone. The skiroll's calendar was also particularly substantial, passed under the aegis of Fisi three years ago and which sees Trentino as an absolute protagonist from an organizational point of view thanks to Minitour Rollerski Trentino who will have the task of closing the 2019 World Cup, first with two races on Monte Bondone and Trento, then with the two challenges in Ziano di Fiemme and on the Alpe del Cermis. Città del Concilio and its alp which will also have a space with national validity on Saturday 31 August with the Italian Cup sprint and on 1 September with the Italian championships uphill.
To close the ski program on wheels two welcome returns, Garniga Terme with the Italian master championships and the Coppa Italia senior on October 13th and Passo d’Ampola with the Italian Cup on Sunday 20 October.
