Calabro Lucano FISI committee renewed: Giuseppe Mirarchi elected president

While most of the FISI regional committees held their respective electoral assemblies at the end of July, with the national assembly scheduled for next 10 October in Verona, voting for the Board of Directors of the federation's Calabro Lucano regional committee for the 2026/2030 four-year term took place only on Sunday, 6 September, in the conference room at Sport e Salute in Cosenza.

At the end of the voting process, Giuseppe Mirarchi of Sci Club Montenero was elected president with 42 votes. Among the candidates for the position of Lay Councillor, those elected were Maria Vincenza Forte (Sci Club Rotonda), Filomena Genovese (Sirino Ski Team), Ilaria Granato (Polaris Ski Club), Giuseppe Laterza (Sci Club Viggiano), Domenico Morabito (Ski Team Gambarie), Isabella Salamone (Sci Club Terranova di Pollino) and Antonio Tiano (Sci Club Montenero). Giovambattista Barberio (Sci Club Montenero) and Iole Esposito (Sci Club Rotonda) were elected Athlete Councillors.

Marco Antonio Ferro (Sci Club Camigliatello) was chosen as Technical Councillor, with Dr Giuseppe Pettinato as sole auditor.
