Let's talk about the No. 20 edition of Stralivigno, the race that will involve over 1000 runners and a very special competitor, like the three-time winner of the Biathlon World Cup, Kaisa Makarainen, on Saturday 20th July.
Not only the Finnish goblin, however, at the start of a classic that will see the relays run on the 21 km course, or 10.5 each per couple, in addition to the athletes who individually will walk the whole of the wonderful track of Livigno.
Being part of the lot of participants is still possible, by registering on the spot at the race office for the amount of 40 euros, also because the weather will be splendid and the ideal conditions for running, remembering that some sweatshirts of the main sponsor Scarpa are still available as well , intended for individual athletes, while the relay runners will receive a technical shirt as a dowry.
Makarainen will compete in the relay race with her boyfriend, but there will also be the Livigno Team athletes, namely Thomas Bormolini, Rudy Zini and Giulio Molinari. On Saturday from 9 to 15 the distribution of the bibs, to then take off in the twentieth anniversary of the race at 4pm, with a final refreshment in Plaza Placheda at 7pm and an animated evening with DJs who will accompany pasta parties and awards.
The party does not end here, however, because Sunday in Livigno will be dedicated to all children and young people up to the age of 17 who, on the occasion of the Ministralivigno, will be able to collect their bib at 8.00 am before taking off at 9.30 am. The boys' pasta party will take place at 12 and for them the organizing committee has reserved numerous games and gadgets.
