The former secretary general, resoundingly dismissed last October 9, wants to become the first woman to lead the International Federation. A very close confrontation is announced with Lehmann, Eliasch and Arjes on June 4th.

And there are ... four. Now it's official, Sarah Lewis is also a candidate for the presidency of the FIS, whose elections will be staged next June 4th (with online voting) to discover the successor of Gian Franco Kasper, at the helm since 1998.
It will be a new era in any case, certainly if the 55-year-old British executive were to win it would be an epochal turning point for the first woman to head the International Federation; Lewis was FIS general secretary for years, until last October 9 when she was blatantly fired from the board, "for total lack of confidence".
Six months later, here is the announcement of a woman with exceptional experience in the sector and, according to reports from "Ski Chrono", a candidate from Belgium, as the British federation has already nominated Johan Eliasch, the CEO of Head that will challenge Lewis herself, Swiss-Ski number 1, Urs Lehmann, and Swedish Mats Arjes.
