On the first day of the Modena fair, the federation announced the first initiative of a long year of celebrations.

Unveiling the logo chosen for the FISI centenary celebrations, the 2019 edition of Skipass has opened.
10 October 2020 will be a special day for all those who love mountain sports, with the 100-year anniversary of a federal history that began on 10 October 1920 when, after some embryonic attempts at the beginning of the century, the Italian Federation was founded of the Ski, first denomination of that that, some years later, it will become the Italian Winter Sport Federation.
The first element that will distinguish the celebrations of the 100 years of FISI is a special logo, to be used for all celebrations. To choose it, the Federation has launched a competition open to all ski clubs, which have participated en masse. Of the five finalist logos (Ski Club Caffé Aiello, Ski Club Ovindoli, Ski Club Val Vermenagna, Vialattea and Wonder Ski), the triumph was achieved by Vialattea, as revealed at the Modena fair.
The winner will be rewarded with a special experience with the Italian national team during the World Cup competitions in Alta Badia (22/23 December 2019), with the opportunity to take a selfie with the Italian champions, get a personalized autograph, assist to the races from a privileged position and access the exclusive Vip Lounge.
