It starts tomorrow with the Super-G in Val Gardena, to continue on Saturday with the free descent on the legendary "Saslong" and on Sunday with a great classic of world alpine skiing: the Giant on the Gran Risa in Val Badia, which this year doubles with the encore on Monday. A four-day race that inaugurates the period of the "Italian classics" and will lead the World Cup towards the appointment of the night race on the 3Tre in Madonna di Campiglio on December 22 and the speed triptych in Bormio. For the tests in Gardena the most predicted is clearly the Norwegian Kilde, while on the Gran Risa the favorite seems to be Marco Odermatt.
Italy will certainly be the protagonist also in Val d’Iseré, where the "pink avalanche" led by Sofia Goggia and Federica Brignone is expected at a new speed appointment with Super-G and Downhill on the "OK". After the two quick races, the women's sector will remain in France for a double Giant in Courchevel. Sofia Goggia and Lara Gut-Behrami are the two most awaited by the players, with the Bergamo super favorite for the Downhill. The presence of Mikaela Shiffrin in Savoy, who will be at the start of the Super-G, has been news of the last few hours. Initially the American should have skipped this weekend of competitions but after some good training in St. Moritz she decided to be there.
FIRST PRIZE

REGULATION
The formula of the Game of podiums is the one by now consolidated for NeveItalia fans: it is necessary to guess in exact order the podium of the World Cup races, for men and women. For each "centered" position 5 (five) points are awarded, while 2 (two) are awarded if the athlete on the podium is guessed, but with a different placement from that indicated. Whoever indicates the first three classified in the exact order will therefore get 15 points.
But beware of the Beijing Olympic competitions and the Courchevel finals, which will award triple points. In these races, each correct position will have the value of 15 (fifteen) points, while if an athlete who has reached the podium but in the wrong position is reported, 6 (six) points will be won. Total achievable in these races, therefore, of 45 points.
For each event it will be possible to make predictions up to about two hours before the start of the race. In any case, according to the conditions of the competition, the editorial staff will have the possibility to set a different closing time for the bets. In the hypothesis, in which the competition takes place over several days, the start of the competition on the first day will prevail. If the race is not played or is played irregularly or any type of technical or organizational problem occurs, the editorial staff may decide not to assign any points per event and the insertion of predictions by users will not produce any results on the scoring. If a race is postponed to the following days and this decision is made after the closing of the phase in which it was allowed to send the prediction for the game of podiums, the editorial staff will have the right to reopen the prediction and users will be able to update the prediction sent, up to about two hours from the start of the new race date.
