Despite a lackluster field numerically participants, the competition for artistic couples to the sixteenth edition of the Four Continents Championships promises to be the most qualified from the technical point of view.

Aided by the last minute withdrawal of the Chinese Yu / Jin, winner of the'' last final of the Junior Grand Prix, will compete only seven pairs representing three countries. The absence of an accomplice'' Canadian partnerships (3) Chinese (2) U.S. (2) and Japan (1), which will take part in Olimpaidi, five couples will debut in'' event. It should be noted, however, as in the'' last edition was played this a couple more.
The favorites are on the eve of the Chinese Sui / Han called for redemption after a few points FAILURE TO'' s access to the final of the Grand Prix and have not been selected for Sochi.

FINAL NOTES
The Chinese Sui / Han were imposed in the 2012 edition of'' held in Colorado Springs (USA) breaking for the first and only time in his career the wall of 200 points.
