The World Figure Skating Championships, hosted by the "Budweiser Gardens" in London, ended with one of the most exciting free programs women'' s last decade

L'' pending challenge, which was between the Olympic champion Kim Yu-Na, the defending champion Carolina Kostner world and so far undefeated season in Mao Asada, has seen the triumph of the Korean champion, returned to compete in the World Championships in nearly two years away from'' last appearance.
The level of competition was very high, but success to leakage Kim leaves no room for regrets jokes because even with programs without errors would not have changed the outcome.

Valentina Marchei, remained lingering in the short program, has closed its sixth worldwide in eighteenth place. I just regret for not having expressed about the level of excellence of the European Championships, but also the certainty of having now reached full artistic maturity, evidenced by good marks obtained on the components of the program.
In light of today's result, Korea, Japan and the United States will have three places available for the Olympic Games. Italy, Canada, China and Russia will be able, however, to deploy two athletes. A place will, finally, to France, Sweden, Ukraine, Estonia, Slovakia, Germany and Great Britain.

Alla Gazzetta dello Sport, il direttore tecnico della nazionale femminile ha aggiunto qualche dettaglio sui motivi del rientro anticipato di Sofia dal Sudamerica, rinunciando al blocco in Cile che era previsto dopo quanto di buono fatto per due settimane abbondanti a Ushuaia specialmente sul gigante. Nelle prossime ore gli accertamenti medici: Non li abbiamo fatti in Argentina perchè non c'era la possibilità di approfondire al meglio.
