The second day of the Espoo Finland Trophy, now in its nineteenth edition, & egrave; opened with the first acts of the dance contest and the men's competition.

In the men's short program, orphan Artur Dmitriev who retired a couple of days ago, the best score & egrave; was obtained by the Russian Sergei Voronov (75,06), despite the combination quadruple toe loop / triple toe loop planned to be opened by a triple toe loop. Compared to previous releases, the vice-European champion & egrave; appeared slightly more & ugrave; sure on the triple axel, however, landed in the tip, confirming that they are still searching for the quadrature of the circle.
Voronov preceded his young compatriot Alexander Petrov (73.29), author of the best triple axel of the day. Following this, & egrave; placed l & rsquo; Misha Ge of Uzbekistan (64,96), author of one of the best triple axels in his career, but then penalized by a triple lutz taken from a wire outside and not from the rotation missing on the triple toe loop combination that ended with a triple flip. Moreover, something did not work out for the best with the time considering that Ge & egrave; able to be sanctioned for both the late start for a & rsquo; & agrave irregularities; the duration of the program.
The fifth & egrave; shoved & rsquo; Israeli school Ukrainian Alexei Bychenko (59.03), now betrayed by the difficulty & agrave; in & rsquo; execution of jumps of greater value as well as a step-out landing the triple axel, the planned quadruple toe loop & egrave; was completed only three times. On a positive note & egrave; represented by the lucidity & agrave; which allowed the twenty six year old native of Kiev & nbsp; perform a combination of triple flip / double toe loop, instead of & eacute; triple flip / triple toe loop. & nbsp; The triple toe loop would have been, in fact, canceled because & eacute; element gi & agrave; performed earlier.

In the short-dance, the first appointment of the day, the Russians Alexandra Stepanova / Ivan Bukin (59.46) had the better of the Germans Nelli Zhiganshina / Alexander Gazsi (58,06) to obtain the primacy official staff in senior competitions and clocking the fourth performance of the season behind the North American couples Weaver / Poje, Chock / Bates and Shibutani / Shibutani.
Open fight for the third position with the amazing Finnish Olesia Karmi / Max Lindholm (49,80), which, driven by a remarkable technical feedback, ruled the Americans Anastasia Cannuscio / Colin McManus (48,28) and pi & ugrave; Hanna Lindholm listed countrymen / Ossi Kanervo (45,64).
At the end of the day, "Barona Arena" will host Espoo & agrave; free program for women.
