A few hours from beginning of the Rostelecom Cup, the fifth stage of the Grand Prix of Figure Skating, & egrave; should deepen the discussion on the "base value" of short programs of each participant in the competition.

The base value (or TES BASE) & egrave; purely hypothetical and is based on the elements that each athlete intends to present in the program.
