At Espoo's Metro Arena, home to Finland's Trophy 2017, a new stage in the ISU Challenger Series 2017/2018 has been on the scene for the second day of races, with the excellent blues test, coming to a standstill and being able to achieve the score record. Today it's up to Carolina Kostner

The Challenger ISU Series is an international Figure Skating Series, introduced by the Federation during the 2014/15 season, which has to have at least three program disciplines. Through the support of the ISU, the goal is to ensure a good organization of up to ten (10) international competitions interconnected in-house within the series, providing opportunities for many skaters compete at senior international level and earn points for the world ranking. Dopo aver annunciato lo scorso marzo il ritiro dall'attività, fresco del leggendario bis olimpico, il 40enne fuoriclasse austriaco aveva avviato un progetto legato alla bicicletta, sua enorme passione, con l'obiettivo dei Giochi del 2030 nel ciclocross (che non è stato inserito nel programma per la rassegna sulle Alpi francesi). Sono cambiate alcune cose e ho capito di essere semplicemente uno snowboarder che si diverte tantissimo sui pedali. Punterà soprattutto ai campionati del mondo di Montafon che a marzo chiuderanno la stagione.
