As planned, the 'office of the anti-doping prosecutor's office has decided to set the second hearing of Carolina Kostner on 26 September. & Nbsp;

As reported by CONI, the twenty-seven South Tyrolean sar & agrave; held accountable for the same complaints made against it at the previous meeting (aiding and failure to report).
Kostner would have to be present in Attorney Fridays & igrave; last 10:30 hours, but preferred to avoid the 'appointment because of professional commitments and the' impossibility & agrave; to prepare the best defense strategy in the light of the short time had available (the date of the first call & egrave; was, in fact, communicated with four days in advance). For both reasons, the lawyers of the skater had asked for a postponement, not allowed for & ograve; Doping by the prosecution.
