The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne ratified today an agreement between WADA anti-doping prosecutor of CONI and Carolina Kostner, fixing the term of squalifca skater of South Tyrol on 31 December 2015.

It was thus confirmed the rumors leaked over the weekend, which referred to the use of a "consent agreement" between the parties, institution under the WADA code.
The CAS decided to backdate to April 1, 2014 the date of the disqualification for tightening & ograve; the penalty established by the Second Chamber of the National Anti-Doping Tribunal & nbsp; five months (in fact it IS the past 16 months out of 21).
