As expected, the 'office of Attorney Doping CONI decided to appeal the judgment of disqualification of 16 months imposed in Carolina Kostner by the National Anti-Doping Tribunal.

It remains to be seen whether the appeal at the CAS in Lausanne is limited only to the duration of the suspension or even the fact that it was carved out the 'possibility of failure to report about the attendance of Schwarzer and the doctor inhibited Ferrari.
