The French federation (FFSG) announced that, starting in September, Shanetta Crowds will serve as head coach of Florent Amodio.

One of the great hits of the past few months in the world of figure skating has thus found its astonishing conclusion.
The name of Amodio, in fact, after the difficult decision to terminate the relationship for several years now with the Russian coach Nikolai Morozov, was associated with several coaches scream, but the choice is eventually relapse of Crowds, shape not so well known for the general public, although in recent times has worked with athletes such as Sasha Cohen, Even Lysacek, and Kevin Van Der Perren, not to mention Mao Asada with which the collaboration continues.

Amodio will train primarily at the complex of Paris Bercy where you will find different components of the French national team (Chafik Besseghier, Maé-Bérénice Méité, Yretha Silete, Lena Marrocco, Vanessa James / Morgan CIPRES ). It will be closely followed also by Katia Krier, he is working from the moment of separation from Morozov.
According to what has been leaked, Shanetta Folle, among other Austrian choreographer Manuel Koll and Hendrickx Belgian Jorik will not address the "construction" of the competition programs of the new student. In fact, the short-program (to the tune of "La Cumparsita") was developed by Stephane Lambiel, while for the free program (to the tune of "La Vie en Rose" by Louis Armstrong) Amodio has made use of various consultations including that of Marina Anissina.
This is not the first coaching change among the big guns of the movement trans. Do not forget that in the spring Nathalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat have accasati the court of Igor Shpilband, leaving the team led by Pasquale Camerlengo.
It goes without saying that behind every action seems to be the long arm of Didier Gailhaguet, master father of the French federation.
