In June, I decided to try the inline skates since, after closing at the end of March of the hall, I really missed ice skating. Once purchased the shoes, I went to try it on the track where I train normally with the traditional roller skates.
During the first training session I worked only on skating forward and & Outdoors; and back on the wires as I was unable to make the steps in general. In those days, however, as the deadline for the & rsquo; enrollment in the first & ldquo; Trophy open inline ", so I asked my coach, with a touch of madness, to enroll. As the trophy was held in late July in roccaraso simultaneously Championship Italian junior / senior Wheel, for which I was already & agrave; qualified, I decided to participate. The trip from Trieste in Roccaraso IS pretty hard on the distance and perci & ograve; I felt that they were the same period was worth the worth a try.
I must admit that after the first training session I thought the 'inline did not do for me. However, after the third workout things have changed radically. They are, in fact, able to perform all double jumps, except the & rsquo; axel, and even a few spins. This & egrave; It was enough to make me change my mind.
The peculiarity & agrave; my favorite of & rsquo; inline as I closely resembles ice skating are the threads and the feeling of freedom & agrave ;. L & rsquo; experience in Roccaraso I & egrave; helpful even though I competed practically midnight. The race is inline & egrave; breakthrough with the new method of judgment, or with a system similar to what is used on the ice. For yoke it was a novelty & agrave; perci & ograve; the judges had some problems judging and the system itself is & egrave; revealed very slow compared to the habits. In this regard, I hope that the pi & ugrave; soon the operation can become efficient as with the races on the ice and, above all, that the judges are trained on & rsquo; all the components of the program (transitions, skating skills, performance, choreography and interpretation) to better evaluate and more & ugrave; honestly the artistic part.
During your stay in Roccaraso, I met Marta Bravin as a coach inline, winner of the first World WIFSA in the Senior in 2011, coach of ice, choreographer, Technical Specialist of the Italian national and & nbsp; Swiss, graduated in physical education and a member of the technical staff of the Italian National Olympic Committee for the province of Monza and Brianza. L & rsquo; & egrave occasion; It was propitious to ask some interesting questions.
 * How did you hear of inline skating? & Ldquo; I found the cart inline through & ldquo; & rdquo ;, snc F.lli Gualdana my local store for skating, which sold the first models imported into Italy. In 2010, thanks to Club Ice, I initiated the first laboratory of artistic skating and Italy. * Quest''anno have organized a trophy inline in Milan. Tell us something concerns & rsquo; event. & Ldquo; Saturday, May 30, 2015 you & egrave; place in Milan on & ldquo; First Trophy SportCulture & rdquo; which saw the participation, for the first time in Italy, pi & ugrave; seventy athletes on inline skates from four Italian regions: Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Tuscany. This first real competition of the movement inline Italian & egrave; made possible through the efforts of more & ugrave; people. I have to thank, first of all, my partners SportCulture, society & agrave; organizer of & rsquo; event, without whom this event would not have been possible and who have enthusiastically joined my proposal. With them I want to thank all the volunteers (friends and family), parents and, of course, athletes. Indispensable were the work and cooperation of my colleagues, all coaches of ice, that they decided to invest in the shoe inline: Silvia d & rsquo; Avola who organized and directed the jury, Sarah Neary with Skating Tuscany, Roberta Yachts with Skating spinea and Daniela Brusa with asd Icefire skating. The race was sponsored by UISP League Skating Lombardy and UISP National League and in particular would like to thank the President for Donatella Luisoni & rsquo; acceptance and availability & agrave; to this new discipline. * In roller skating there are countless types of wheels of different hardness and material that are used on the basis of areas. I hope that soon there is interest in improving the performance of the inline skate and new companies can invest in creating new wheels with different hardness & rdquo ;.
