Let's resume the series of our big Italian biathlon video interviews by Dario Puppo at Forni Avoltri during the Summer Biathlon Festival, this time with Alexia Runggaldier.

Before the single mixed relay in Carnia Arena, a precision shot was played and Alexia, who is a sniper, won it even though for her own admission her legs trembled and had never happened to her despite doing these Exercises like workout together with the team. Leg tremor manifested mainly in the two qualifying series, then the 25-year-old gardenese has a bit calmed down.
Frassinoro was nice, Runggaldier says, but it was dangerous to be on the road because there were holes, and even if it was all safe, they did not understand if they could go over the machines or not, Forni Avoltri is better because there is a True polygon and track. And having a track where being able to work safely is crucial, Alexia says, because she with the skiroll goes on footsteps and never knows what can happen. Runggaldier also talks about the new levers that are coming and seeing her and her teammates, especially Dorothea Wierer, understand where they can come and are very motivated. About Val Gardena there are so many athletes and so many winter sports, apparently according to Alexia, the local ski club works well. Alexia finally remembers that he had the daddy of Michela Ponza, another great shooter gardese, so he already had a good base for the shot and hopes that Michela will send her experience to the juniors she is now training.
