Biography: Maximilian Schwarz, born in 2002 and racing for DAV Peißenberg, is a young German speed specialist in super-G and downhill. After coming through the FIS ranks he made his European Cup debut in 2021 and his World Cup debut in super-G on the Saslong in Val Gardena in 2024. The breakthrough of his career came in February 2025, when he claimed his first European Cup victory in the super-G at Orcières, also his first podium on the circuit. With a silver medal in super-G at the 2024 German National Championships, Schwarz is one of Germany’s most promising riders for the future of the speed events. (aggiornamento: )
