Biography: Sophia Waldauf is an Austrian alpine skier born in 2001 who grew up in the clubs of East Tyrol and competes mainly in the technical disciplines. After several seasons on the FIS circuit she began to make her mark in the European Cup, earning her first noteworthy results and opportunities on the World Cup start list. Her progress has been slowed at times by injuries, but she has continued to work with determination to return to international level.
