After the Cortina World Championships, the Women's Alpine Ski World Cup restarts from Val di Fassa, while the men's circuit moves to Bansko in Bulgaria. A weekend of competitions that opens today with the classic technique sprints of the Nordic Ski World Championships. In fact, in Obersdorf, the first world medals in cross-country skiing are awarded where there is great expectation towards the blue Federico Pellegrino, not a specialist in classical technique, but who in great events always knows how to carve out a leading role as took place at the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympics. Do not make commitments therefore at 09.00 with the qualifications and at 11.30 with the final expectations.
Nordic Ski World Championships which will then continue on Saturday 27 February with skiathlon tests, followed on Sunday 28 by the sprint teams where the Pellegrino-De Fabiani duo can aim for the medal and perhaps even something more ...
After the World Cup in Cortina, the Alpine Ski World Cup is back. The women's circuit, as previously mentioned, will face an unprecedented weekend of fast tests on the snows of Val di Fassa where two descents are scheduled (Friday 26 departure at 11.45 and Saturday 27 at 11.00) and a superg scheduled for Sunday at 11.00.
The men's White Circus, on the other hand, moves to Bulgaria. Two giants will be staged in Bansko on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February, both with the first heat scheduled at 10.00 and the second at 13.00.
In short, another weekend full of events to be experienced with NEVEITALIA, where you can also relive the races on video thanks to the collaboration with EUROSPORT, as well as on Sunday at 6.30 pm live it will be possible to interact on our social channels with Paolo De Chiesa who will take care of the report cards of the Weekend and then he will answer readers' questions!
