Another return to Austria, within a women's national team that also had to deal with many injuries during the past season.
Bernadette Schild toasted at the beginning of the week for her return to the snow, told on the Austrian Federation website with great joy for having found contact with the track right in Soelden, eight months after that crash on her right knee (with break of the anterior cruciate ligament) during the 2nd heat in the inaugural giant on the Rettenbach.
"I feel very good, I am extremely happy to finally be able to return to skiing - the 30-year-old slalomgigantista from Salzburg said - I took the time to heal better, I have not had any problems since the first contact with the snow and in the next few I will be able to work on our glaciers to gradually get closer to the pace that will be needed in the race, "concluded Marlies' sister.
