Saturday the female giant on the "Podkoren", the voices of the two most awaited blue in a crucial race for the specialty cup and beyond.

Ready to confirm themselves at the top of the giant, in the fourth last event of specialties that will see them protagonists in Kranjska Gora on Saturday.
Federica Brignone and Marta Bassino are probably the first two favorites of the race on Podkoren, also considering the absences of Mikaela Shiffrin and Viktoria Rebensburg, in addition to a Tessa Worley who, on the return, will certainly not be in top condition.
Faith has a huge chance to escape permanently in the specialty ranking and to approach the top of the general; after the last training sessions in Tarvisio, there was talk of a virus which, however, did not prevent the Aosta Valley from skiing down the track on the eve: “We found a very hard bottom, with interesting bumps and some holes towards the bottom of the track, but overall I really like it - the words of Brignone - I continue to face this adventure trying to have fun, without being pestered by calculations but thinking race after race. I am very sorry that Mikaela will not be present, I hope to return to challenge her on the track as soon as possible ".
Marta Bassino speaks in positive terms of the found Podkoren: “A very nice track, even if there is little snow, it is very hard. We had two good training days in Tarvisio, I feel ready to aim for the maximum booty ".
Laura Pirovano, Roberta Midali, Karoline Pichler, Luisa Bertani and debutant Francesca Fanti will also be competing with the two national team leaders, and in the absence of Sofia Goggia.
