Tonight Federica Brignone could write another important chapter for Italian skiing, in the running for the title of "sports woman of the year 2020" at the Laureus World Sports Awards, now in its 22nd edition and which represent the top in the field of ceremonies for sportsmen, voted for by big names in world journalism and by members of the Laureus Academy.
The ceremony will be staged, in virtual form, from Seville and fans will be able to follow it from 8.00 pm, on Sky Sport Collection (channel 205 of the Sky bouquet), with commentary by Giovanni Bruno and Francesco Pierantozzi.
To contend for the coveted prize to Federica (among the men, champions of the caliber of Rafa Nadal, Lewis Hamilton and LeBron James will be in the race), there will be the bi cycling world champion, Anna Van der Breggen, the tennis player Naomi Osaka , Kenyan marathoner Brigid Kosgei, basketball player Breanna Stewart and soccer player Wendie Renard.
