Nicol, back from the Altenmarkt-Zauchensee podium, on the track with his sister Nadia, Elena Curtoni, Hanna Schnarf and Verena Gasslitter to prepare for the long weekend in Bulgaria.

If the elite group formed by Brignone, Goggia and Bassino, to which Pirovano, Marsaglia, Pichler, Cillara Rossi and Bertani are added for the occasion, is now preparing the weekend of competitions in Sestriere, working on the nevi di Artesina, the meeting of the blue multipurpose has already begun, thinking already of the long weekend in Bansko. From 24 to 26 January, the Bulgarian town will host three speed races (two descents, with the first recovery of Val d''Isère, and a super-g) and are the snows of Passo San Pellegrino, where the national team already trained before the Altenmarkt-Zauchensee event, to welcome the team led by Nicol Delago. The Gardena, returning from second place in the Salzburg descent, will prepare together with her sister Nadia, Elena Curtoni, Johanna Schnarf and Verena Gasslitter, under the orders of the manager in charge of the speed sector, Giovanni Feltrin, in addition to the technicians Paolo Stefanini and Michael Mair . There is particular attention for the return of Schnarf, who is rising in condition and will almost certainly return to the World Cup during the next appointments with descent and super-g (after Bansko, there will be Rosa Khutor and Garmisch-Partenkirchen), but also by Verena Gasslitter herself who made her debut in her second career, last Saturday in Zauchensee after more than three years away from the maximum circuit.
