Austria, for the technical competitions in Vermont, will not have Franziska Gritsch available: the same 24-year-old Tyrolean explained through social media that she had decided not to get vaccinated, she who in Levi experienced two very complicated first seasonal slaloms, with the lack of qualification in race-1 and the exit from the stage in the first heat the following day.
“Life leads us to crossroads where we have to make decisions - the words of Gritsch - Mine is that of not being vaccinated, a personal choice that I hope will be respected and accepted.
It wasn't easy, but that's why I won't be in America ”. If things do not change, for one of the talents of the technical disciplines in Austria, the impossibility of not competing in the next Beijing Olympics is practically certain.
