Born in 1999, raised at the school of the Mont Glacier Ski Club, Giulia Albano was one of the certainties of the European Cup women's team in the 2019/2020 vintage, the most beautiful of her career for the young woman who had settled in Donnas for years.
Many top ten places in the European Cup, where he finished in 7th place in the super-g ranking, taking as best result the fourth place in Crans-Montana, in a weekend where two ninth quality places also arrived downhill. First skis set at three and a half years, "but I did the first races once I turned 9", Giulia loves her sport because she likes "competition, the opportunity to live it while being outdoors seeing beautiful places, and because it represents a school of life ”.
The next season? “I'm already thinking about it, but I know I have to improve technically and mentally. What is certain, I will work hard to obtain certain results ".
