The Azzurri World Championship passes from Val di Fassa: from "La VolatA" to the slalom on the "Aloch" for Brignone and Bassino

Today the two blue tips trained between the narrow posts on the historic Pozza track; the combined mission of Cortina is almost over.

The global approach of the Italian national team passes from Val di Fassa, but not only. Many teams present in the Alps, from Norwegians and Swiss engaged in Passo San Pellegrino, to the Austrians themselves led by Marco Schwarz on the snows of Mount Lussari, above Tarvisio, as well as of course Petra Vlhova which is based in Ladurns. And if “La VolatA” has also been tested by the same blue athletes in recent days, with the multi-purpose group still present in the day at Col Margherita, there are those who are already thinking of the combined alpine that will open the world championships next Monday. Let's talk about Federica Brignone and Marta Bassino, who trained in slalom on the "Aloch" in Pozza di Fassa: a quality session to regain confidence among the narrow poles, clearly a bit abandoned in recent weeks with the work dedicated above all to speed and to the giant. Saturday evening they will all be in Cortina and at that point, the World Cup mission will have reached its final phase.
