Green light from the FIS and Kranjska Gora can breathe a sigh of relief, even if currently the conditions are not the same experienced in the last two years on the "Podkoren", with the hope that the queen slope of the Slovenian resort will be able to present itself at its best on the occasion of the return of the Women's World Cup, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 January 2023 for the fifth and sixth giants of the season.

The competition will take place on both days, with the 1st round set at 9.30 and the second at 12.30; can smile Marta Bassino, who has always had a wonderful time here and will show up in Kranjska Gora with the red bib of leader of the discipline, she who tamed the Podkoren twice, within 24 hours, in January 2021 for a historic double, and she was again on the podium, third behind Hector and Worley, in the giant (in that unique case) at the beginning of 2022.
