In the Upper Engadine the first of the scheduled FIS races, valid for the Swiss absolute title which ended up in the hands of the talent class 2002, fifth in a slalom that saw many World Cup athletes protagonists.

While in Solda the first seasonal appointment on Italian snow has already started from the beginning of the week, Switzerland also inaugurated the 2020/21 vintage with the racing program in Diavolezza which was also used to assign the titles of the national championships skipped the last spring.
In the Upper Engadine, however, the big names of the national team are obviously missing, from Gisin to Holdener, already involved in Scandinavia in preparing for the double slalom in Levi on 21-22 November. Here is the red-cross slalom title went to Amelie Klopfenstein, the great talent born in 2002 who had already dominated the 2020 edition of the Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne, last January.

The Japanese was second after the first heat, commanded by the German Andrea Filser who came out in the second, as well as the returning Nastasia Noens (who had missed the entire season after a new injury) and the other Frenchwoman Josephine Forni, as well as Lena Duerr. Germany which, however, placed in third and fourth position two level athletes such as Marina Wallner and Jessica Hilzinger, behind the Slovenian Slokar who finished second at over 7 tenths from Ando.
