Last try or ... who knows. The weekend of speed for the Women's World Cup in Rosa Khutor is really hanging in the balance, with the possibility of taking part only on Friday a test that can then allow the descent to be staged on Saturday, on the theoretically best day in terms of weather.
However, the problem is also linked to the track conditions, not just rainfall or fog, which also contributed to canceling the training scheduled for the second consecutive day; like last year, the risk of not seeing any race taking place in the Russian resort is real.
The appointment of tomorrow is decisive (9 am Italian, 11 am local) when what would be the only test is scheduled; eight blue entered, with the new bibs being awarded today after the captains meeting this afternoon. The first to exit the starting gate would therefore be Nicol Delago with the bib number 7, before Marsaglia and Goggia with the 8 and 9.
Elena Curtoni with 13, Federica Brignone with 16, then Pirovano (27), Nadia Delago (33) and Gasslitter with 43. Provided that it is possible to see a little skiing in Rosa Khutor ...
