After hosting the slalom gigantic team in Ushuaia until a few days ago, the Argentinian resort of Ushuaia is ready to accommodate that of the World Cup Women's Speed.

Six athletes will leave Saturday for the Fire Land: Nicol Delago, Elena Fanchini, Verena Gasslitter, Laura Pirovano, Hanna Schnarf and Verena Stuffer. The program includes more than three training weeks at Cerro Castor, which will end on Tuesday, October 3, when the girls will return to Italy.
Next week they will leave for Argentina, the last Blue World team in time, including slalom players, for which the program has been changed: instead of skiing on the European glaciers, they will benefit from the good conditions of the South American slopes. Lastly, Elena Curtoni will ski in the coming days with the slalom gigantists on the Stelvio glacier.

In Val Pusteria sono andate in scena due giornate della versione estiva dello sci di fondo, con Marco Pinzani e Federica Cassol che hanno tronfato nella sprint del sabato sull'asfalto di Anterselva. A Dobbiaco, invece, le 10 km in alternato hanno regalato il successo a Davide Graz e Maria Gismondi, all'interno della cornice della Nordic Arena per quella che è stata la prima tappa della Coppa Italia invernale.
