Another day practically perfect in terms of weather, in Lienz, to close the 2021 of the Women's World Cup with the fourth slalom of the season, starting at 10.00 with the 1st heat (the second is scheduled at 13.00) open by Michelle Gisin, on the "friendly" track of the Swiss home technician.
The Swiss, who last year won her first and so far only race in CdM on 29 December, but in the Semmering slalom, will try to put a spoke in the wheel at Petra Vlhova (which will start with the 4), the great favorite even more with Mikaela Shiffrin in the pits. The Slovakian, who can strengthen her red bib and approach the general, will also have to beware of Liensberger and Duerr (bibs 2 and 3), but also of Wendy Holdener (7).

The blue six will start after thirty in the race, with Federica Brignone making an encore after the giant and will be the first at the gate with 31. Followed by Lara Della Mea (34) and Marta Rossetti (36), with the goal of first season pass for the 2nd heat, then with very high numbers here are Mathiou (58), Tschurtschenthaler (59), returning to CdM, and Gulli with 63.
