The Cuneo-based woman can celebrate her first crystal ball with the giant on Saturday: together with her only Brignone, Curtoni, Melesi and Pirovano will compete. A quartet for Sunday slalom.

It will be a decidedly reduced expedition, the blue one for Jasna's technical competitions scheduled for Saturday and Sunday with seven athletes at the starting gate.
The great goal of the trip to Slovakia, however, concerns Marta Bassino and the possibility of closing the accounts for the Giant's World Cup with an early test; on Saturday the Cuneo-based woman, on the track where she won the junior world title in 2014, will also be able to settle for a 2nd place to be sure of her first crystal ball, having 124 points ahead of Tessa Worley. Together with the parallel world champion, Federica Brignone (4th in the specialty ranking, at -178 from her teammate), Elena Curtoni, Roberta Melesi and Laura Pirovano will take to the track, remained to work in Val di Fassa after having competed in the three fast races last weekend on “La VolatA”.
For the next day's slalom, which both Brignone and Bassino will play, only Irene Curtoni and Martina Peterlini will be added.
