Nadia Fanchini was operated this morning at the Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi in Milan.

The operation was performed by Professor Riccardo Accetta, orthopedic Galeazzi, a member of the Board of the Official Magazine of Cio and traumatology specialist and in particular of fractures of the humerus, and by Professor Andrea Panzeri, Member of the Medical Commission of the Fisi.
The intervention was necessary because Nadia suffered from a pseudo-arthrosis, in practice the humerus had not consolidated after surgery following the fall of the Altenmark-Zauchensee descent of January 15, and caused pain during Rehabilitation exercises.
As announced by its European Ideeuropee management at the age of 31 in Montecampione, a new plaque and vines were applied. The operation has gone well and in the next few days the Federal Medical Commission will assess the recovery times.
