Nastasia Noens respects recovery times: three months after the malleolus injury she returned to her skis

The 31-year-old transalpine slalomist wants to try for a return by the end of the season: "It will still take time and a lot of patience, but how nice the first corners".

Nastasia Noens is on the road to recovery. Three months after the injury suffered in training in Ushuaia, which forced her to undergo surgery to reduce the fracture of the tibia and posterior malleolus of the right ankle, the 31-year-old transalpine slalomist returned to the skis, respecting the times of return to put the boots back on. Of course, on the snows of Savoy it was only a taste in the free field, but for the unfortunate skier originally from Nice, who in March 2016 stopped at the best moment of her career, with the crusader injury of the right knee that does not 'he has more views returning to previous levels, it is already a big step forward. "How nice the first corners on skis - Nastasia, who had brought the plaster for 45 days - said it will still take time and patience before returning to the races, but today is a sunny day". The sensations he will feel in the coming weeks are decisive, to understand if he will be able to return to the World Cup by the end of the season, to play at least a couple of slaloms before the finals of Cortina, to which it will clearly be almost impossible to qualify.
