Four days in Tarvisio to open the new year: the Bassino, Brignone and Goggia program

From 3 to 6 January, the three blue tips (together with Curtoni and Melesi) on the Friulian snow before the weekend with the two technical races which, 99%, will be hosted by Kranjska Gora. In Val di Fassa the Delago sisters with Marsaglia and Pichler.

The program is defined, waiting only for the FIS to formalize the choice of Kranjska Gora as the venue that will replace the Maribor stage, already canceled, for the giant and slalom scheduled for 8 and 9 January 2022. If the pink circus starts again from Zagreb with the slalom on January 4, the points of the women's national team will not play the match in Croatia (not even Federica Brignone, who scored only points in the last two specialty tests between Killington and Lienz) and will train, in the same days, on the snows of Tarvisio. From Monday 3 to Thursday 6 January, an appointment in the Friulian town for Marta Bassino, Federica Brignone, Sofia Goggia, Elena Curtoni and Roberta Melesi, with a nice block of work between the wide doors in view of the return to the "Podkoren", which the Federation Internazionale will confirm in the next few hours (the details have now been fully defined). Instead, they will go to Val di Fassa, to train on “La VolatA” in Passo San Pellegrino (which yesterday hosted a test with Sofia Goggia as protagonist) with a view to fast races of Altenmarkt-Zauchensee in the middle of the month, four other blue from the multipurpose group. These are the sisters Nadia and Nicol Delago, Francesca Marsaglia and Karoline Pichler, alternately at work from Thursday 6 until Wednesday 12 January.
