The startlist of what (weather permitting) will be the first women's downhill training. Eight blue engaged, Goggia will return with the number 17.

We will try to ... anticipate the bad weather, or at least take another 30 minutes more to manage the situation and try to put on stage what, after today's cancellation, will be the first test towards the women's descent scheduled for the day of Saturday in Rosa Khutor.
Start of the training set therefore at 9.00 Italian (11.00 local) on Thursday on the Russian snow, instead of at 9.30 also scheduled for the race, in view of a fundamental day considering that the weather forecast is quite negative even for Friday, the day of the last try in the menu.
There will be eight blue on the track but, in spite of the startlist for the first race, this time Sofia Goggia will not have the bib number 1 (as for the first original race) but the 17th for her competitive return, anticipated by Elena Curtoni with the 3, Federica Brignone with the 8 and Nicol Delago with the 9. With the 18 here is Marsaglia, with the 28 Pirovano, finally Nadia Delago with the 33 and Verena Gasslitter penultimate at the start with the bib number 43.
Trial tomorrow opened by Ester Ledecka, the red bib Corinne Suter will have the 11th, Schmidhofer and Siebenhofer on the 13th and 17th, but also pay attention to a growing Kira Weidle (19). Thursday we will understand more with the first test ... weather permitting.
