Two injuries in female France in the speed that follow the withdrawal of Anne-Sophie Barthet.

Tiffany Gauthier, who stopped during the downhill Women's World Cup in Crans-Montana in her left knee, underwent tests that showed an injury to the external meniscus and cartilage, for the 25 year old from Tignes the season ended early. The same goes for Laura Gauche, who was injured in the European Cup and who tried to compete in the World Cup downhill in Crans-Montana, finishing twenty-ninth but falling into the cadet circuit she got an injury to the tibial plate and the patella cartilage.
