Laurenne Ross fell yesterday during the warm-up in view of the test, obtaining a head injury and an unspecified knee injury. His season is probably over but tomorrow he will be at the arrival paradere of the Women's World Cup in Are to cheer the teammates of the US, in particular Lindsey Vonn, engaged in his last race.

"On Thursday morning, during the warm-up in view of the trial, I fell and suffered a head injury and a left knee injury - writes the nice Laurenne on social networks - My knee does not seem to need surgery, but it's time to rest for both my body and my head.Unfortunately this means that tomorrow I will not be able to compete in the world descent and will probably stay still for the rest of the season.Although this injury is not "serious", it is incredibly daunting I had good feelings about skiing during the last month and I felt that things were going in and out of the tracks, almost two years have passed since my last knee injury and finally I started skiing at my best: with the desire to make curves, hungry and without an overwhelming amount of fear or doubt So ... this is a bit of a reality check. they would slap in the face 👋 I certainly feel like I've been slapped, and I suppose, realistically, it was like that. I mean, I'm facing a rather dangerous plant. Nothing better than a good slap from the snowy mountain! I do not know what the future holds, but what I do know is that I will not let this injury stop me from getting up. To continue to dream. To help me grow in the person I needed to be. Tomorrow I will be on arrival to cheer my teammates Alice Merryweather and Lindsey Vonn. Although I will not be present as a competitor as I hoped, I will be there for Lindsey's last race and the final final hug.
