A women's national team that is working very well on the snows of Ushuaia, are also returning to host the blue team in this summer of preparation for a World Cup season that the girls will inaugurate on Saturday 22 October in Soelden. From this weekend, in Tierra del Fuego there are all the athletes of the main groups: the elite trio formed by Sofia Goggia, Marta Bassino and Federica Brignone was the first to arrive in Argentina, last August 19th, and will be the first to return to Europe on 23 September. Still less than two weeks for the stars of the pink national team, with Goggia herself who has shown in the past few hours how, after having varied a lot the program on the three main disciplines for Bergamo and for Bassino and Brignone (giant, super-g and descent), the girls also dedicated themselves to slalom. Arriving on the South American snow at the end of August, the multipurpose teams of the team led by Giovanni Feltrin will remain in Ushuaia until September 30, and they will also carry out five weeks full of preparation, while the overseas gathering of the slalomists of the group has begun in these hours " European Cup - Cortina 2026 ". Seven athletes have been on the track since this weekend, with Martina Peterlini at the first real training days after having found the snow last month eight months after the serious knee injury, together with Marta Rossetti, Lara Della Mea, Anita Gulli, Celina Haller, Vera Tschurtschenthaler and Serena Viviani.
