The second of our video interviews with Atomic Day is the protagonist of Nicol Delago, one of the promises of our descentism, which was ninth place in January in Altenmarkt, more precisely in the ski resort of Zauchensee.
Nicol says he is very happy with the summer preparation that has gone very well, in Ushuaia the riders have found beautiful and varied conditions and have managed to work well. That last season was the first full season in the 21st Century Gardenese World Cup that learned about the slopes (among its favorites are Lake Louise and Val d'Isère) and is now ready for a further step forward.
The competition is strong and Olympic qualification is a dream but now Nicol is aiming to close the preparation well and make the first races as skiing as he knows and having fun. Internal competition is not just a towing but it also serves to learn from those who are willing to give advice to young people as she and as Verena Gasslitter, whose second consecutive injury did not want them.
