Today the downhill training, then from Thursday the jet men will face the first (super-g) of four speed races in series. Feuz opens with No. 1, Innerhofer with 6, Paris for 15th and the Azzurri are 9 on the track.

It will be the only "full gas" test in a week, for a very specific choice by Markus Waldner in order to allow the athletes to manage themselves since tomorrow there will be two super-gs and two descents on the "Birds of Prey", in a mouth-watering men's poker tournament in Beaver Creek (for fans).
The second speed stage of the World Cup season begins today (11.00 local time, 19.00 Italian time), with the recovery of one of the two canceled descents in Lake Louise which will be staged over the weekend, while Thursday and Friday will be the two super-gs, already planned on the snows of Colorado, to open the program.
The startlist of today's training sees Beat Feuz, the one who won the last descent on the splendid track that Kristian Ghedina "baptized" now 24 years ago, and which hosted the editions of the 1999 and 2015 World Championships, immediately starting with the bib number n ° 1, while Christof Innerhofer (n ° 6) will be the first of the nine Azzurri on the track, waiting for the technicians to choose the 8 for tomorrow's super-g (probably the excluded one, as in Lake Louise when did not compete, both Pietro Zazzi).
Paris will have No. 15, exiting the gate after Franz (5), Odermatt (7), Sander (9), the winner of the first descent, Matthias Mayer (11), Kriechmayr (13) and the returning Kryenbuehl (14); if Kilde and Cochran-Siegle, who in the second post-injury race could already do very well on such a slope, will start today with 19 and 20, then here is Matteo Marsaglia (bib 21), on the track where he won his only race of CdM in the super-g 9 years ago, Mattia Casse with 37, Lele Buzzi with 40 and finally Tonetti (45), Bosca (50), Molteni (62) and Zazzi (65).
