Among the guests, there were twice the winner of the Peter Fill, Ghedin, Herbert Plank, first blue triumph over the Saslong with a memorable victory in 1977 on a frozen bottom, Michael "Much" Mair and numerous sports stars past and present. In addition to Kompatscher, there were the mayors of the valley Moritz Demetz (Santa Cristina), Rolando Demetz (Selva) and Tobia Moroder (Ortisei), the parliamentary Daniel Alfreider and the assessors Florian Mussner and Martha Stocker.
