Full opening to the public for 3Tre, there is confidence for Campiglio. Today the inspection of the FIS

The legendary men's slalom of the World Cup on the Canalone Miramonti next December 22nd; the words of Lorenzo Conci, number 1 of the Trentino organizing committee, regarding the presence of spectators on the track.

The road to the night of Thursday 22 December officially began today, with the traditional summer visit of the FIS managers to Madonna di Campiglio, the opportunity for the organizers of the 3Tre to meet again four and a half months before the finish of the 69th edition of the slalom on Canalone Miramonti. Under the sun of a splendid Val Rendena also in summer colors, the 3Tre Committee welcomed two well-known faces such as Markus Waldner (Chief Race Director of the Men's World Cup) and Emmanuel Couder (in the new role of Alpine Operational Event Coordinator) and two new entries of the FIS team, Janez Hladnik (World Cup Race Director for men's technical disciplines) and Charlotte Chable (Media Coordinator of the men's circuit). During the visit, in addition to the ritual recognition on the slope of the Canalone Miramonti, the 3Tre Committee and the FIS top management shared updates, ideas and news in view of the 2022/2023 season, with the hope that the new vintage can move away from the conditioning caused by '' Covid emergency both in 2020 and, albeit to a lesser extent, in 2021. "As always, the FIS visit took place in a climate of great harmony and friendship, consolidated by years of work side by side and by the organizational quality that 3Tre has always been able to put on track, even in difficult editions such as the last two - commented the President of the 3Tre Committee, Lorenzo Conci - In the coming weeks, in particular following the outcome of the FIS Meeting in Zurich, the guidelines for the 2022/2023 World Cup precisely with regard to the containment of the covid. We have to wait for the indications of the International Federation, but we feel cautiously optimistic that, like other sports, even skiing can open up again to its public without the restrictions of recent years. With this in mind, we are also working on the return of our “3Tre on Tour”, the promotional journey that over the years has helped us build many relationships and a lot of affection towards our event ”, concluded Conci.
