There is a great deal of concern in Austria about the conditions of Marc Digruber.
The expert specialist of the Wunderteam, in fact, underwent an important twist of his left knee, in the attempt (successful) to remain on the track in the final of the 2nd heat, then concluded in 21st and last place, of the Chamonix slalom.
Transported out of the finish area with arms, it was immediately understood that for the native of Lower Austria it was something serious: there is fear of an injury that could affect the crusader of the knee, but a definitive diagnosis should only be had in the Sunday morning, after the last examinations already carried out this evening in Innsbruck.
For Digruber the risk that the season ended prematurely is very strong, just when what would have been the best result of 2019/2020 was about to arrive, compared to the 19th place obtained in Wengen.
