Everything is ready for the big 3Tre show: what a night for the Campiglio slalom

Wednesday 8 January the great men's classic on the Canalone Miramonti: collateral events and a track that presents itself at the ... top!

It will be the first Italian event in 2020, after the great closure of the first part of the season between Val Gardena, Alta Badia and Bormio, and before the women's races in Sestriere and La Thuile, as well as the World Cup finals scheduled for March 16-22 in Cortina d''Ampezzo. The 3Tre of Madonna di Campiglio, postponed for over a couple of weeks compared to the now classic date of December 22nd (which will return for the 2020/21 season), is at the top for the men's slalom scheduled for Wednesday January 8th on the Canalone Miramonti, with the first heat at 5.45 pm and the second at 8.45 pm. The drop in temperatures in the last few days was ideal for the organizational machine led by Lorenzo Conci; yesterday the track was closed to the public, to start the refinishing operations and the usual striking, under the orders of the track director Adriano Alimonta. "Il Canalone is ready to show its best face", the words of Conci who is obviously also managing the whole outline of the show linked to 3Tre. This evening, Friday 3 January, start the evening program promoted by the APT Madonna di Campiglio-Pinzolo-Val Rendena, with the music of Niccolò Turri and the parade of Trentino sportsmen headed by the middle distance runner Yeman Crippa and the famous mountaineer Cesare Maestri, the "Spider of the Dolomites". Saturday 4 the presentation of the stage that will see the Giro d''Italia return to Madonna di Campiglio during the pink race 2020, with guests in Piazza Sissi champions of the caliber of Francesco Moser, Gilberto Simoni and Marco Melandri, while Sunday ski mountaineering will be the protagonist for the launch of the World Cup event, right on the Canalone Miramonti (from 2 to 5 April 2020). Finally on Monday 6 we will talk about skiing and the Campiglio-Dolomiti di Brenta ski area, with the future programs of the Val Rendena area, and of course Tuesday 7 from 19.00, in the heart of Piazza Sissi, at the race bibs extraction the next day.
